You may also reserve space for a bridal luncheon or shower, rehearsal dinner, wedding or reception.
A lovely ballroom, parlor, garden room, large kitchen, bridal changing room and groom's changing room/lounge are available for use.
Stately grounds, 100+ year old trees and a private patio surround the home, creating many favorite ''photo spots'' and a private gardensetting for an outdoor ceremony. Our support staff is courteous, helpful and always focused on providing a positive experience for you and your guests.

Wedding Event Packages
Basic Wedding Package: * Set up, Clean up, Linens, Center Pieces, White Resin Chairs and Furniture on site 6 hour use of the building and grounds for Ceremony and/or Reception (Ballroom, Garden Room, Parlor, Bridal and Groom’s Changing Rooms, Lounge, Kitchen and Patio) * Consultation/planning and meeting time with vendors as necessary * FREE rehearsal with printed “day of” plan ready to share with bridal party * Lead staff person on site during event to welcome vendors and implement plan * Approximately one event staff-person per every 50 guests * Personal Wedding Website- with secure link to Wedding Guest Site and Honeymoon registry -includes updates, your pictures, gift registry, RSVP service and map * Saturday afternoon from 10-4, anytime Sunday or Friday. Saturday 5-11.
Full Day Wedding Package: * Includes all of the above and use of the building from 11am-11pm.You may use the time to do hair and make-up, decorate and have private time with your photographer. Deluxe 2 Day Wedding Package * Includes all of the aboveand Rehearsal Dinner/Decorating Party on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday night with one attendant and… * Night in The Sweetheart Retreat-With Chocolates and Bubbly and Breakfast!
Mini Bridal PackageMonday through Thursday (Friday or Sunday 30 days prior to event March-Oct., 60 days prior to event Nov.-Feb.) Set up, Clean up, Linens, Center Pieces and Furniture on site Staff person on site to welcome hosts and share plan created by event contact person. Ceremony and/or reception for up to 35 guests 4 hour use of Ballroom or Garden Room.
Table service and beverage package includes unlimited coffee, tea, water and soft drinks or punch, glass plates and metal silverware for buffet and cake table, napkins, cups, ceramic coffee mugs, ice and 1.50 gratuity for WynBrick staff.
Bartender - Includes consultation and 4 hour service (includes set up time)
Shuttle - 5 hour service for events of approximately 75 or more guests from free parking lot.(Add 45. For service from Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express) Officiate - Planning, rehearsal and ceremony service

(Caterers alternate.) * You may choose from our list of preferred vendors for your: * Officiate, Caterer, Cake Baker, Florist, Music (DJ & Live,) Photographer and Video
Additional Event Attendants - required when no other catering staff is employed by host or when extra glassware is rented by host from outside source.

WynBrick Honeymoon Registry -Free of charge- enables your guests to gift portions of your honeymoon. It is our commitment to help you enjoy and exceptional event!
Helpful details... Preparation is complete when your reservation time begins - ready for you to make it your own with flowers, candles, etc. 130 guests may be accommodated for the wedding ceremony in the open air or tent on our beautifully landscaped grounds.
Ceremonies may also be held chapel-style in the Ballroom for up to 110 guests.
